Snack Design Practical
On
Tuesday 5th November it will be your final Food Practical of this
module! L
You
need to design and make a lunch box snack product which meets the following
criteria (guidelines):
1. Hand held
snack or eaten with plastic cutlery
2. Use a
minimum of one of the following skills; use of hob, use of oven, veg chopping
3. Has positive
sensory characteristics (tastes good, has food texture and looks good)
4. Should be
able to be prepared and cooked in 30mins
5. Suitable for
people aged 11-13
